I. Imagine the muscles of your upper part above the waist completely loose, like hanging on the skeleton, two hands holding a warm balloon (size as a basketball) on Dan Tian of the lower abdomen.
II. The tongue against the upper palate, breathe in with nose tip and draw back the eyesight at the same time: breathe out with the mouth at the same time have eyesight going far unlimitedly (Don’t look up).
III. Imagine your two hands lifting, two elbows propping out slightly (Don’t change their shape ) , the warm balloon on your hands growing bigger and bigger with your breathing in: two hands sink naturally and the balloon turning into the beginning size with your breathing out.
